This is your first step in learning how to run more freely, lightly and responsively.

With 20 years of experience of teaching running, the Natural Running course enables runners of all abilities to understand more about why and how to run more naturally.

On the Natural Running Course, you are invited to kick-off you shoes and discover your real feet. Some do, some don’t but most people don’t need much persuading when it comes to feeling that sand between your toes and the amazing springy sea washed turf!

The Natural Running Course is set in and around the Lake District with access to beautiful running terrain.
