In the main you will learn about the Technique through one to one lessons with your teacher who will address your individual needs.  Learning the Technique involves you challenging and changing long standing habits you may not even know you have.  Your teacher will use gentle hands on guidance and verbal explanations to help you find ease and balance within yourself in simple movements and everyday activities like walking and running.  Through experience and observations, you gain increased awareness enabling you to change those habits to function more efficiently.
